Biography
I am currently the Head of Policy at a major welfare-to-work company in London. My previous role was as a Policy Advisor on Skills for a professional body with 135,000 members. My Westminster experience also includes working for two think-tanks, where I specialised in schools policy and welfare reform, as well as spending a short time working in an MP’s office.
Before entering the world of politics, I spent three years teaching Psychology and Economics at one of the country’s top state schools. In terms of my academic background, I have a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and an MSc in Child Development from the Institute of Education in London.
